ARTIFACT:

This is an unidentified German-made patch, possibly for a United States Air Force Maintenance Squadron. The patch is embroidered on blue and yellow cotton and shows a lightning bolt and a pair of wrenches above the words IMMER STROM (always current).
VINTAGE:Circa 1950s (possibly).
SIZE:Approximately 3-3/4" in height and 3-1/4" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Cotton embroidered in cotton/silk threads, mesh backing.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:None.
ITEM NOTES:This is from an unidentified collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. The item will not be sold until identified. VAJX12 LX6/12
CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The patch shows some light wear and creasing.
