This is an unidentified belt buckle, and might possibly be an extremely rare French Colonial Troops officer buckle from World War I. The buckle's outer ring is a leafy wreath and the inner circle shows an anchor at center.
VINTAGE:Possibly circa World War I.
SIZE:2-1/8" height and 3-9/16" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Possibly lacquered brass.
ATTACHMENT:Interlocking belt buckle.
MARKINGS:PULLMAN PARIS (twice) .

CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): Buckle has light to medium wear and a beautiful burnished appearance.
