ARTIFACT: This is a pilot visor hat for an unidentified airline. The bullion wing on the front of the hat has a simplistic map of the United States at the center.

VINTAGE: Circa 1950s.

SIZE: Size 7 1/8.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Wool, leather, metal chin strap, brass, nylon lining; wing: cotton on wool felt with bullion and cotton/silk embroidery.

ATTACHMENT: Chin strap.

MARKINGS: 7 1/8 (size tag) Pak-Cap TM U.S.PAT. 2368825 "This Zephyr You Can PAC".

ITEM NOTES: This is from an accumulation of unidentified items which we will be listing more of over the next few months. Item will not be sold until it is identified. VBEX13 LX4/13

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The hat has some small spots of light to medium wear, especially on visor.
