This is a Beautiful World War II United State Public Health Service Officer Bullion Hat Badge.
VINTAGE:Circa WWII.
SIZE:Approximately Badge: 2-7/8" in width x 3-3/8" in height. Band: 27" in length x 1-9/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Cotton embroidered in bullion and silk/cotton threads.
ATTACHMENT:Elasticized band to be placed on a visor hat.
