ARTIFACT: Beautiful WWI Royal Flying Corps (RFC) Zenith Altimeter MARK V.A. to 20,000 feet. The altimeter is cased in black painted steel and the center reads: "HEIGHT MARK V.A. NO 23061/W NON-LUMINOUS ZENITH" and surrounding are numbers from 0 ??? 15 and 15 ??? 20 in white detail. The underside of the altimeter shows a letter: "A" with a line and arrow pointing up towards the "A".


SIZE: Approximately 4-5/8" in diameter; 1-1/2" thick

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Steel, glass, paint

ATTACHMENT: 6 holes for mounting

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The altimeter shows minor wear, nearly all of the painted details remain intact, overall excellent condition.
