This is a 10 karat gold ring made in Canada for the Royal Flying Corps from World War I. The ring is a petite crowned wing that is superimposed upon a substantially wide but thin and simple gold band. The ring was once partially enameled, and traces of red and blue can be seen in the crown work and around the RFC.
VINTAGE:Circa World War I.
SIZE:Approximate size 9.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:10 karat gold, vestiges of enamel.

CONDITION:7 (Very Fine): The ring does not show a lot of wear but unfortunately has lost most of the enameled detailing from the crown.
