ARTIFACT:
Beautiful, scarce WWII Civilian Pilot Training (CPT) Instructor lapel wing. The center features a winged, blue enameled shield that reads: "CPT". The Civilian Pilot Training program grew out of a desire for preparedness that evolved later into the War Training Service after the attack on Pearl Harbor.
