This is a beautiful and scarce late World War II Royal Air Force (RAF) full dress pilot wing. The wing is padded for wear on a dress uniform and is embroidered with bullion thread. The crown at the top has red velvet details.
VINTAGE:Circa late World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/2" in height and 3-3/4"in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wool embroidered in bullion and silk/cotton threads, velvet, padding, cloth backing.
