ARTIFACT: This is a 1930's full dress pilot wing in bullion for the Royal Air Force. The wings are embroidered in lovely gold bullion and above them sits a crown of red velvet with bullion and multi-colored detailing.

VINTAGE: Circa 1930's.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/2" in height x 3-7/8" in length.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Wool embroidered in cotton/silk and bullion threads, velvet, padding and twill backing.

ATTACHMENT: To be sewn onto uniform.

MARKINGS: None.

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The wing shows some light wear and slight fading has a some light tarnish to the bullion.
