Beautiful, but Unidentified Nursing School Graduation Pin from 1977 "DVTS"

Beautiful, but yet to be identified Nursing School graduation pin from "DVTS" in 10K gold fill by Jostens. The center shows a nursing school graduation lamp in nice raised detail, above the letters: "DVTS" and surrounding a white enamel ring that reads: "HEARTS THOUGHT HANDS SERVICE PRACTICAL NURSE". The grad's initials "KMW" and the year of graduation: "77" are engraved on the reverse.
