This is currently an unidentified pin by Folger from 1911 that reads M.A.T.S. and shows a red enameled cross at its center, it is for a nursing traning school graduate.
VINTAGE:Circa 1911.
SIZE:Approximately 3/4" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with C catch.
