The center displays a 3rd issue wing logo design, a wheel with a capital T at the center, and is beautifully enameled in red and blue. The "T" at center consists of an arrow and two small triangles, all surrounded by a circular border similar to a camera shutter.

VINTAGE: Circa 1960's.

SIZE: Approximately 1-3/4" in height and 3-5/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass, painted areas.
