Description
This is a beautiful 1960's belt buckle for the Flying Tiger Line, which began in 1945 as the first commercial air cargo company in the US and was later a military charter outfit until 198The center displays a 3rd issue wing logo design, a wheel with a capital T at the center, and is beautifully enameled in red and blue. The "T" at center consists of an arrow and two small triangles, all surrounded by a circular border similar to a camera shutter.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960's.
SIZE:Approximately 1-3/4" in height and 3-5/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass, painted areas.
ATTACHMENT:Buckle and prong.
