Flying Tiger began in 1945 as the first commercial air cargo company in the US and was later a military charter outfit until 1989. The logo at the wing's center is a wheel with a capital T at the center. The "T" consists of an arrow and two small triangles, all surrounded by a circular border similar to a camera shutter.

VINTAGE: Circa early 1960s.

SIZE: Approximately 5/8" in height and 3-1/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Sterling silver.

ATTACHMENT: Two posts.

MARKINGS: LGB (Balfour) STERLING.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an airline collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. RONAEJ5/99 LCIEX3/11

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The wing shows some small spots of light to medium wear and has a handsome tarnish.

GUARANTEE: As with all my artifacts, this piece is guaranteed to be original, as described.
