ARTIFACT: This is a very crisp and clean hardcover copy of "Aircraft Engines of the World 1954" by Paul H. Wilkinson. The book covers many engines from North America, Europe, Australia and the U.S.S.R in a two-page treatment with a black-and-white photograph facing a page of text. It also has several vintage advertisements from aircraft corporations. This volume is a revised version (11th edition) and has several black-and-white photographs and illustrations throughout.

VINTAGE: Circa 1954.

SIZE: 320 pages; approximately 9-5/16"in height and 6-1/4" in width and 3/4" in thickness.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Embossed cloth-bound cover, glossy paper.

ATTACHMENT: Glued binding.
