This is an absolutely stunning and mint Chinese-made United States Army officer hat badge in bullion worn by a P-38 fighter pilot. The badge is shaped and detailed as the Great Seal of the United States.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

2-7/16" height and 2-1/4" width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Brown velvet embroidered in gold bullion threads with cotton backing.
