This is a 19th century badge of the Clan Adams in silver. The front of the badge reads: "Crux Mihi Grata Quies" which translates to: "The Cross is My Pleasing Rest".
VINTAGE:Circa 19th century.
SIZE:About 1-3/4" in width by 2-1/4" in height.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Silver.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal T-bar pin with a "C" catch.
MARKINGS:None.
