Description
This is a hallmarked and 1936 date-stamped Scottish badge for the Clan Robertson in silver. The Clan Robertson is also known as the Clan Donnachaidh, or the Children of Duncan, and is the oldest family in Scotland according to a noted nineteenth historian. The badge is a circle engraved with the clan's motto VIRTUTIS GLORIA MERCES (Glory is the Reward of Valour), and shows a hand holding up a crown at center.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Silver.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal T-style pin with "C" catch.
