This is a 1990's - 00's Library of Congress Police Sergeant Hat Badge RARE.
VINTAGE:Circa 1990s - 00's.
SIZE:Approximately 2-3/4" x 1-3/4".
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gilt chrome plated brass and enamel, paint.
ATTACHMENT:Single screw post with disc backing and pin.
