Minty, 1990's – 00's Randolph, Massachusetts Police Officer Badge by Blackinton. The large shield shaped, chrome badge features a nicely detailed enamel State Seal in the center that reads: "COMM. OF MASSACHUSETTS". The top of the badge features a bent arm holding a broadsword and below reads: "POLICE", the base of the badge reads: "RANDOLPH" in blue enamel.
