Beautiful 1990's ??? 00's Lewisville, Texas Fire Department Assistant Chief badge by Blackinton. The center of the badge features the rank mark of four crossed bugles, which denotes a Chief or Deputy Chief. The center is surrounded by a belt that reads: "ASST. CHIEF" at the top and shows a buckle embellishment at the bottom. The top of the badge features a banner that reads: "FIRE DEPT" and the ornately decorated base of the badge reads: "LEWISVILLE TX". The reverse shows a nice maker mark.
