This is a submarine patch for the USS Ulysses S. Grant (SSBN-631), a ballistic missile submarine. The Ulysses S. Grant was launched from Groton, Connecticut on November 2, 196She was decommissioned in 1992.
VINTAGE:Circa 1980s.
SIZE:Approximately 3-1/8" in height and 6" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered in cotton/polyester threads.
