This is a 1970s Sret Provinciale Du Quebec (Provincial Department of Safety) patch. It is fully embroidered on twill and is semi-circular.
VINTAGE:Circa 1970s.
SIZE:Approximately 2" in height and 3-13/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Twill embroidered in cotton/polyester threads, mesh backing.
