This is a 1970's NYPD New York Police Department Highway Patrol Patch.
VINTAGE:1970s.
SIZE:Approximately 3-7/16" in height x 2-1/4" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered in silk/cotton threads with cotton, covered with plastic sheet.
ATTACHMENT:To be sewn on.
