Late 1970s Mississippi Highway Patrol Patch

This is a late 1970s Mississippi Highway Patrol patch. It is embroidered with an eagle and the state motto: VIRTUTE ET ARMIS (By valor and arms).

Circa late 1970s.

Approximately 4-7/8" in height and 3-7/8" in width.

Twill embroidered in cotton/polyester threads, mesh backing.
