ARTIFACT:

This is a large 1970s North Carolina Highway Patrol patch. It is embroidered on twill with the seal of North Carolina within an outline of the state. This design is still used today, but this patch is of an older manufacture.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1970s.

SIZE:

Approximately 3-3/4" in height and 5-3/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Twill embroidered in cotton/polyester threads, mesh backing.

ATTACHMENT:

None.

None.
