This is a 1960s North Dakota Highway Patrol patch. It is embroidered on gabardine with an image of a Native American's head at its center.

Approximately 4-3/8" in height and 3-5/8" in width.

Gabardine embroidered in cotton/polyester threads, mesh backing.
