This is a 1970s Japanese-made patch for the United States Navy nuclearÐpowered ballistic missile submarine USS Francis Scott Key SSBN-65She was launched from Groton, Connecticut on April 23, 1966 and was decommissioned in September 1993.
VINTAGE:Circa 1970s.
SIZE:Approximately 5" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered in cotton/polyester threads, mesh backing.
