Description
This is a circa 1966 United States Navy Attack Squadron 65 (VA-65) Commanding Officer WEP flight jacket in size 42 long, which would have been part of a flight suit (pants are not included). The jacket is by Aviators Equipment Corporation and has two great squadron patches in nice shape, both with lunging tigers.
VINTAGE:Circa 1966.
SIZE:Size 42L (long).
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Nylon with cotton/polyester neckband and cuffs; elasticized waistband; cotton lining; fully embroidered patches in cotton/polyester threads, metal zipper/snaps; resin button.
ATTACHMENT:Zipper (not original one); snaps on pockets; button at neck; Velcro strips on one breast pocket; tabs inside for buttoning onto flight pants (pants not included).

CONDITION:7- (Very Fine-): The jacket has some small holes on the neckband, some holes in the lining seams near the armpits and a few small spots of discoloration near snaps; zipper has been replaced.
