Description

ARTIFACT:

This is an unfired circa 1966 factory-engraved United States Navy ship Zippo lighter for the USS Oak Hill LSD-Launched June 25, 1943, the Long Beach was a dock landing ship. This lighter is in excellent condition.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1966.

SIZE:

Approximately 2-1/4" height and 1-1/2" width and 1/2" in thickness.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Chrome-plated brass, painted details.

ATTACHMENT:

Hinge.

MARKINGS:

IIII ZIPPO ยจ IIII BRADFORD PA PAT. 2517191 on bottom.
