This is a 1965 Rockingham Park Thoroughbred Racing Association (TRA) member badge. Rockingham Park is a harness (horse) racing track located in Salem, New Hampshire. The badge shows a jockey on a horse beneath a purple horseshoe-shaped banner that reads ROCKINGHAM.
VINTAGE:Circa 1965.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/16" in height and 1" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gilt brass, enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Post with covered clutch-back.
MARKINGS:None.
