This is a circa 1963 "Nutty Mad" Manny the Reckless Mariner toy figurine by Louis Marx & Company. The toy's design was inspired by "Big Daddy" Ed Roth, an artist famous for his "Rat Fink" character. Manny is maniacally handling the rudder on a boat that is a bit too small for his stature.
VINTAGE:Circa 1963.
SIZE:Approximately 4-5/8" in height and 2" in width and 5-1/2" in length.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plastic.
