Great ca 1969 USN VAL-4 Light Attack Squadron 4 Nam Made Jacket Patch Ed Roth Design

This is a Great circa 1969 United States Navy VAL-4 Light Attack Squadron 4 Nam Made Jacket Patch Ed Roth Design. The patch shows a "Big Daddy" Ed Roth-style hot-rodding monster and reads VAL 4 - BLACK PONIES - VIETNAM. Roth was famous for his "Rat Fink" character.

Circa 1969.

Approximately: 4-5/16" in height x 5-1/8" in width.

Cotton patch embroidered with multi-colored silk/cotton/polyester threads with muslin backing.

To be sewn onto Flight Clothing.

8 (Excellent-):  The Patch has brilliant colors and light to minor wear on the edge, and glue residue on back, overall, it is in excellent condition.
