ARTIFACT: This is a 1960s United States Army distinctive insignia for the Military Police Corps. The DI shows a battleaxe, scale, sword and key and reads ASSIST PROTECT DEFEND.

VINTAGE: Circa 1960s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 15/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold-plated brass with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Two posts with clutch-back catches.

MARKINGS: P24 MADE IN U.S.A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAL90 LABX3/11

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): The DI shows hardly wear and has a light tarnish on reverse.
