This is a 1960s United States Army distinctive insignia for the 793rd Military Police Battalion. The DI shows a green crest with a diagonal golden banner bearing two red circles and reads FACTA CUM HONORE (achievement with honor).
VINTAGE:Circa 1960s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-3/16" in height and 1-1/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Two posts.
MARKINGS:N.S. MEYER INC. NEW YORK, Meyer maker's mark, 22-M and MADE IN THE U.S.A.
