This is a United States Army distinctive insignia for the 502nd Military Police Battalion. The DI reads HONOR PRO MILITIBUS (honor for knights) and shows a scale at its center.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-5/16" in height and 1-1/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Two posts.

CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): The DI shows some very small spots of light to medium wear.
