1960s US Army 317th Engineer Battalion DI by Susco

This is a 1960s distinctive insignia for the United States 317th Engineer Battalion by Susco. The DI is a red and silver crest bearing the Cross of Lorraine, an oak tree, and a pick and shovel. The DI reads BY INDUSTRY AND HONOR.

Circa 1960s.

Approximately 1-3/16" in height and 1-1/8" in width.

Plated brass with enamel.
