ARTIFACT: This is a 1960s distinctive insignia for the United States 82nd Engineer Battalion by Susco. The DI shows Paul Bunyan's ox Babe and reads STRENGTH AND COURAGE.

VINTAGE: Circa 1960s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-3/16" in height 1-1/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Two posts.

MARKINGS: S-21.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. R/EJ94 LABX10/11

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The DI shows some very light wear only.
