This is a 1960s United States Army 245th Transportation Battalion DI. The DI is a red ring with several symbols, including a golden lion and the Korean flag symbol.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/8" in height 1-1/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Two posts.
MARKINGS:E25.
