This is a United States Army 8th Signal Battalion DI. The DI shows a winged foot flanked by lightning bolts above an atomic energy symbol and reads CELERITAS DILIGENTIA (speed and vigilance).
VINTAGE:Circa 1960s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 1-1/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Chrome plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Two clutch posts.
MARKINGS:N.S. MEYER INC. NEW YORK, 22M (Meyer maker's mark).

CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The DI has some light abrasions.
