Description
This is a 1960s distinctive insignia for the United States 1st Air Defense Artillery Missile Battalion by Emblemcraft. The DI is a crest bearing a lion, a winged arrow and a defense wall. The DI shows and arm and rammer staff coming out of a tower by a palmetto tree and reads PRIMUS INTER PARES (first among equals).
VINTAGE:Circa 1960s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-3/16" in height and 1-1/4" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Two posts.
MARKINGS:MADE IN U.S.A. E25.

CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The DI shows only very light wear and tarnish with some spots of minor discoloration on reverse only.
