ARTIFACT: This is a 1960s wing for Olympic Airways, which started in 1957, changed its name to Olympic Airlines around 2004 and flew through 2009. The wing has a shield at its center divided on the diagonal into one blue and one white panel and reads OA.

VINTAGE: Circa 1960s.

SIZE: Approximately 13/16" height and 3" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold-plated brass with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an airlines collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. RDJV4/99 LAFEX5/11 SeBAJX4/16

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The wing shows hardly any wear with two very light crazing lines in the blue part of the enamel.
