ARTIFACT: This is a 1960s purser wing for Thai Airways International, which began operation in 1960. The wing is on wool and has a detailed, scrolling design at center as a backdrop to the word THAI.

VINTAGE: Circa 1960s.

SIZE: Approximately 15/16" in height and 7/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Wool, gold-plated brass, enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal Y (British kick) pin with C catch.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a foreign airline collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MDEX12 LADEX12/12 SADEX5/13

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The wing shows very little wear.
