This is a 1960s United States Navy CVA-64 V-6 section jacket patch made in Japan for the aircraft carrier USS Constellation. The patch reads V-6 CVA-64 KNOWN THROUGHOUT THE WORLD AS THE BEST IN THE "FLEET" 64 and shows an aircraft flying over the ocean.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960s.
SIZE:7-1/16" height and 4-3/4" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered patch with cotton thread and muslin backing.
