1960s DI for United States Army 45th Field Hospital

This is a distinctive insignia for the United States Army 45th Field Hospital. The DI is a maroon cross at the center of a bright green star with partial fleur-de-lis between the arms of the star.

Circa 1960s.

Approximately 1-1/8" in height 1-1/8" in width.

Plated brass with enamel.
