ARTIFACT: This is a 1950s distinctive insignia for the United States 85th Field Artillery Regiment by Orber Manufacturing Company of Rhode Island. The DI is a yellow and red crest showing a castle wall with five fleur-de-lis and reads UNDAUNTED UNCONQUERED UNEXCELLED.

VINTAGE: Circa 1950s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-3/16" in height 1-1/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with come-under locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: O-1.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months R/EJ94 LBDX10/11

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The DI shows some light wear and there is one small crack in the enamel.
