1950s US Army 716th Military Police (MP) Battalion DI Pinback

This is a 1950s United States Army distinctive insignia for the 716th Military Police Battalion. The DI shows a baton upon a tasseled pillow and reads LEX ET ORDO (law and order).

Circa 1950's.

Approximately 1-1/4" in height and 1-3/16" in width.

Gold-plated brass with enamel.

Vertical pin with come-under locking catch.
