This is a distinctive insignia for the United States Army 11th Infantry Regiment by Dondero. The DI is a shield showing a castle, a crossed bolo and kamplian, and the arrow of Satanta, a Kiowa chief.
VINTAGE:Circa 1950s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 15/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Single screw post.
MARKINGS:A. H. DONDERO INC. WASHINGTON D.C.
