ARTIFACT:

This is a 1950s United States Air Force 36th Fighter-Day Wing lighter named to Col. W. Kerbel, the Director of Materiel in Bitburg, Germany. The lighter is factory-engraved with a factory-applied enamel logo.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1954-58.

SIZE:

About 1-1/2"e; in width by 2-1/4 in height and about 1/2"e; in depth.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Chrome-plated brass with blue, white, red, and yellow paint. Factory engraving and a factory applied logo..
