ARTIFACT:

This is a 1950s lapel pin by Morgan's Jewelers for United Airlines' "100,000 Mile" Club, arguably the first frequent flyer club. The pin is a petite wing showing an airplane circling a globe at its center.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1950's.

SIZE:

Approximately 3/8" in height x 13/16" in length.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

1/10 10 karat gold-filled.

ATTACHMENT:

Single screw post with disc backing.

MARKINGS:

MORGAN'S 1/10 10K GF.
