This is a 1950's Bell Labs Western Electric Nike Zeus Missile Project ID Badges of Warren C. Rouse.
Nike Zeus was an anti-ballistic missile (ABM) system developed by the United States Army during the late 1950s and early 1960s that was designed to destroy incoming Soviet intercontinental ballistic missile warheads before they could hit their targets. It was designed by Bell Labs' Nike team and was initially based on the earlier Nike Hercules anti-aircraft missile.

SIZE:Approximately Leather ID: 2-13/16" in height x 1-3/16" in width. Plastic ID: 1-3/8" in height x 2-3/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Leather, paper, ink with brass backing, Plastic card with brass loop and steel clip.
